These terms cover the Pawfect Wash self-serve dog wash at 8 Pound Rd, Hampton Park, and this website. Pawfect Wash is a Decade Digital HQ business.
Using the dog wash
- Stay with your pet the whole time it's in the tub, and keep it on a lead.
- Use the machine as shown on its instruction panel. Follow the product directions, especially for the flea and tick rinse.
- Don't use the wash on a pet that is unwell, injured or has open wounds. Ask a vet first if you're unsure.
- Take care with the dryer around eyes, ears and faces.
- Please use the disinfect setting when you finish and leave the area tidy for the next person.
- Children should be supervised by an adult.
- If something isn't working, stop and call 0423 714 414.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the machine and on this website and may change. Wash times are approximate. Payment is by card at the machine's reader or with $1 and $2 coins.
Refunds
If the machine doesn't work properly, contact us on 0423 714 414 or at info@pawfectwash.com.au and we'll sort it out. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
